How to use the ABC website and client portal

Overview

  • This guide covers the public website and the client portal.
  • If you are a visitor, you can browse content without logging in.
  • If you are a client, log in to book and manage appointments, update your profile, and view purchases.

Create or access your account

  • Create an account: Sign Up (/signup).
  • Log in: Login (/login).
  • Verify your email if prompted: Verify Email (/verify-email).
  • Reset a forgotten password: Forgot Password (/forgot-password) then Reset Password (/reset-password).

Client dashboard basics

  • Your client home is the Client Dashboard (/client).
  • Use it to access appointments, profile, family members, and purchases.
  • If you see multiple profiles, choose one in Select Profile (/client/select-profile).

Booking an appointment

  • Start booking: Book Appointment (/clients/book).
  • Choose a location, then select a date and time.
  • If no times appear, try another date or contact us (Contact (/contact)).
  • If the system prompts you to log in, complete login first and return to booking.

Managing appointments

  • View upcoming and past visits: My Appointments (/client/appointments).
  • Open an appointment to see its details.
  • Use the available actions to reschedule or cancel when offered.

Update your profile

  • Update contact details: My Profile (/client/profile).
  • Keep your email and phone current so you receive confirmations.

Family and dependents

  • Manage family members and dependents: Family (/client/family).
  • Add a dependent with name and relationship.
  • Switch between profiles using Select Profile (/client/select-profile).

Community and chat

  • Ask questions and read answers: Community (/community).
  • Post a reply from your account on a question.
  • Use direct messages if enabled: Chat (/chat).

Products and purchases

  • Browse items: Products (/products).
  • View details by selecting a product.
  • Add to cart and review: Cart (/cart).
  • Complete checkout: Checkout (/checkout).
  • View order history and receipts: Purchases (/client/purchases).

Donations and newsletters

  • Make a donation: Donate (/donate).
  • Subscribe to updates: Newsletter (/newsletter).

  • If booking does not show times, try another date or contact support.
